How will my order be shipped?
All orders will be shipped using Canada Post.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Your order will be shipped in 1 - 5 business days with Canada Post Standard Shipping.
How much is shipping?
Do you require a signature upon delivery?
Generally not, but this is ultimately left to the discretion of the Canada Post driver and whether they think the package will be secure if left on your doorstep.
We encourage you to have your purchase shipped to your office, or wherever you are mostly likely to be during business hours Monday to Friday.
Do I have to pay duties or custom fees?
Within Canada, there should be no duties charged to you upon delivery. If you were charged incorrectly, please contact our team at email@example.com.
Products shipped internationally may be subject to duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are determined by each product’s origin, material composition, use and final destination. As the recipient of goods, you will be responsible and liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these amounts will be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. If you return your purchases, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable through HYDRIAH.
Can I change my delivery address?
If you just placed your order, quick (and we mean really quick!) send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org and if your order hasn't been processed we will try our best. Unfortunately, after an order has been processed by our team, your delivery address cannot be changed.
HYDRIAH is not responsible for losses reported more than two weeks after the Shipping Confirmation Email. All reported losses will be processed as a Canada Post loss investigation. An investigation can take up to three weeks and involves a phone interview before we are able to replace lost merchandise.

What items are eligible to be returned?
Only unused, undamaged and unaltered items qualify for a return or exchange. Regular priced items can be exchanged or returned for a refund within 15 days of the original shipping date (the date you received the shipping confirmation email). Please allow within 5 to 7 days within these timelines for return shipping.
How much is return shipping?
Return shipping for returns and exchanges is complimentary.
What if my items arrive damaged, defective or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, a description and photo of the damaged item. We’ll make sure you’re taken care of.
Once we receive the return, a full refund will be refunded to your original payment method. You will be notified by email when the refund has taken place. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed. Your banking institution may require up to two additional weeks to process and post this transaction.
All orders will be refunded onto the method of payment used at the time of the original purchase. In the absence of that method of payment, store credit will be issued. If your items were purchased with a Coupon or Gift Certificate, the Coupon/Gift Certificate will be refunded/reimbursed before another payment source.
If the above steps are not completed on time and in full, your return will be forfeit and your product mailed back to you. We appreciate your cooperation.
